Brian Williams


Brian Williams has an extensive background in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) to the Lake and Mendocino county areas for the last decade. Brian’s ABA experience will support the data driven targeted behaviors relating to social skills learning within the group. Brian has worked with a wide range of clients including preschool aged children to various ages of adults, including seniors 65+ years old. Previously, Brian has conducted social groups for one to three year olds, that aided in developing/supporting pragmatic skills and internal motivation of learning from a contrived environment. Additionally, Brian spends much of his free time with his children as a head coach for the local wrestling club in Ukiah with almost 100 wrestlers ages Pre-K- highschool.

Rathail Woods

Vice President

Rathail has received an MS in psychology from Pepperdine University in the spring of 2021. He is currently in pursuit of his doctorate in psychology from Pepperdine as well and will graduate in 2026. Rathail is deeply interested and motivated in applying these teachings to better his community. He has created multiple resilience themed projects for local non profits and provided grant writing services for a few. After graduating from CSU Chico in 2016, Rathail moved to Mendocino County to work with RCRC as a crisis case manager and enhanced family’s wellbeing and decreased impairment via strength based and trauma informed approaches.
